My work out today was good, im not that strong as i used to, but i felt good.

-HammerS. Seated High Row
-Cable Close Grip Pulldown
-Lever Seated Row
-Dumbbell Preacher Curl

damn man for not being as strong as you were your biceps are still quite strong. Your back is nothing to joke about either man, thats all very good weight and I'm sure you gave it your all, thats all thats important papi, giving it 100%. Soon you'll reach your old level and even surpass it, hell you'll blow right by it like it was nothing, great session man keep hitting it 100% everytime
