thanks a lot Ben. personally I think my biceps suck, my back has good thickness I believe, my traps are slightly out of proportion with my phsyique, but I'll worry about evening everything out down the road, I may stop directly training them sometime in the future, not anytime soon though. Thanks for my comment too papi

Bench Press - 4 sets, its improving dont worry, when my numbers get worthy I'll share them lol. Whoever sees a comparison between Flat Db Press and Bench Press is a fool though, totally different, makes me angry grrrr
