hardest workout ever last night
Paul and I were dying
I'll be switching the circuit to the end however so it doesn't negate from the rest of the workout
btw, lunges + 3' box jumps = death
I'm leaving sooner than expected now, March 12 for Chicago, so I'll only be doing this split for 2 weeks and then Paul will be on by himself
2nd to last session last night
db shoulder pressed the 80s
did some upright rows
Paul did some T-Bar Rows, hit some behind the neck pulldowns.
Paul hit some Sumos, then we both hit a circuit.
Paul did 25 reps of Sumos, it was part of the circuit
Sunday will be my last session for 2 months, I'll be hitting some chest/arms/traps
last workout for 2 months
I started off with some Bench, couldn't really focus at all :angrydude:
moved on to some incline db press, threw up the 90s for 5 after hitting Bench
did some skulls supersetted with dips, curls, and then 6 sets of traps.
I'll be posting very little from now until Tuesday morning, then I wont be posting at all for over 2 months.
