I love just walking in the gym and focusing on my session. Your dips are crazy, one day I will be up there with you in weight. I like your idea on flat db press and db flyes, its fun when you get creative in the gym. I should do that more often. Too bad your not going to get that weighted dips goal, sss sss sss. 4 plates is insane, anybody could of told you that. We need to get big again sometime...and a week or two. See ya later!

In all seriousness Tweak, those sessions are mightily impressive. To use that much weight with that much control and discipline is remarkable. Did a little cardio session last night with my g/f at her gym

Tonight I hit legs
I deloaded a bit on Hack Squat and Leg Press just to work on the feel of the movement much more.
My back held out nicely on squats, standing their with all that weight hurt more than actually squatting though, and I had to be careful at the very top, no jerking what so ever so it was a very controlled amount of clean reps
30-40 reps alternating leg extensions (warmup)
225x6 (slight warmup)
Leg Press (deloaded and really worked on the feel of my quads)
^^ felt really good, I was moving my feet around really feeling the muscles working
Hack Squat (again I deloaded slightly and went for the feel)
Lying Leg Curl

damn tweak that was an impressive session. u really hit those wheels. u got some great numbers on ur squats. i was thinking of incorporating hack squat into my routine, and i will try it next week. u got some great numbers on the hack squat as well. keep it up man! tom platz ain't got shit on tweak!
