holy crap tweak! when the hell did u get that strong!? flat bench is awesome, great work buddy incfact all the presses looks awesome, flat db presses and declines are great. where are the incline presses though? must not forget that upper chest;) that havoc is turning u into a monster=D wish i could get hold of some too:(

I do incline BBs earlier in the week, dont worry I do them dude for sure

I attest it to a large amount of calories, heavy training, basic movements, and perhaps being nearly 22 is helping, but I'd give more of the credit to just eating a ton and training hard. Also, I have to be very fortunate for what genetics I have and the metabolism I have, they definitely help, especially the metabolism considering I've put I'm coming close to 40lbs in about 3 months time and I've only gained maybe 2% bodyfat
