Cardio this morning
Equipment: Stair Stepper
Time: 30 Minutes
easy 30 minutes too, went down to the little fitness center my building has, nobody is ever in there. It has a 32" flat screen mounted on the wall, turned it up and did my thing.
got shoulders/lats later today, I'll probably be going in about 4 hours.
shoulders and lats this evening, went very well.
Hit the 95s for 8 reps on seated db shoulder press.
had 70lbs hanging off me for 6 reps on some pullups (overhand style) also. Plus, after I did my sets with the weight I managed to knock out 5 sets of 10 on pullups (overhand style)
hit some neck at the end and called it a day, that is all. tomorrow is legs.
Solid session Tweak!
I didnt like the new bond.. well it was a good movie, yes, but not a good Bond movie.. Casino Royale was better.
