cardio this afternoon before work

last few sessions have gone well, I've been bored so I threw some Milos type shit in there.
Example, last chest session looked like this:
1. Bench Press x10 reps
2. Incline Bench x10 reps
3. Decline Bench x10 reps
4. Incline Flyes x10
5. Dips x10
and that's one set, I did 4 sets of that, light, but very effective weight. All I had was 135 on the bars, and the 3rd and 4th set I didn't get 10 reps on Decline either time. Intense.
I'm weighing 202 at 11-12% bodyfat.
Kinda taking the week off from dieting, I'll still be doing the cardio every morning, but considering it's Thanksgiving week, I'm just going to relax. I'll be at it full force again starting Friday, 4 days no dieting should go well.
chest and arms today, I'm actually considering changing up my split, any suggestions on a new protocol?
hit another PB in regards to total weight on bench press, 295x3.
the rest of the workout went quite well also.
on a unrelated note, this years black friday is a bust, I've still ordered my share of clothes but technology sales compared to last year are horrid.
another good workout, threw in some stuff I almost never do (but I really should).
Db Shoulder Press, grabbed the 70s, messed with the tempo a bit here. Did 5 second negatives and exploded as best I could each rep. 3 sets of that for 6 reps each.
Following db shoulder press were chinups. Again, I did negatives, 3-4 second negatives with 75lbs hanging off me for 5 reps a set. I used a stool to stand myself back up to the top of the motion each rep, a couple in the gym were looking at me oddly too, I don't doubt them. I'm sure it looked interesting.
after chins I hit some upright rows, then went on to cable rows and hit 3 sets of 20 reps. Afterwards I did some shrugs, and I was out of there.
I just finished some sushi, I may make myself a protein shake as well.
As far as a new split is concerned it's still in the making. I'm leaning towards a more conventional "bodybuilding" split. Also, I'll be trying new things more often now, I have been lately and I've found it keeps things interesting. One workout I'll do a power lifting type set up, several sets of 3s, the next session I'll go 20-30 reps. Then like this past week I tried some Milos type training with the massive sets, and today with the tempo change.
Also, I'll be investing in some chains very shortly for bench pressing, not a pretty penny by any means but its only money, and I've already decided I'm spoiling myself this month since its X-Mas.
