Close Grip Bench Press 255x5
Military Press 240x4
Incline DB Press 125s for reps

Seated Leg Curls
Calves - 4 sets
usually shoulders and lats but I haven't done arms yet this week and I leave later today out of the state, plus I already trained lats earlier this week.
Seated Db Shoulder Press - started light just cause I suppose, kinda slipped my mind to even increase the weight
Overhead 1-Arm Db Extension
Close Grip Bench Press - easy weight, could have increased up to 245 or so but didn't feel the need.
Seated Incline Db Curls
Db Shrugs - 3 Sets
