trained Chest and Lats yesterday, but wont bother to put it as it was yesterday.
Here's how today went though...
Tris and Bis with a little calves and traps. Tris and Bis weren't at 100% due to yesterday being the first time I trained in over a week so I didn't recover as fast as usual so I cut down the sets a bit, still felt good though.

Standing Cable Curls - quite the heavy pulley system
Standing Calves Raises
1 Legged Bodyweight Raises 10 reps each leg (warmup)
Shrugs - did these today because I didn't have time to yesterday
Seated Military Press
245x4 I really think I had one more in me, I should have gone for it
Cable Side Laterals

Rack Deads - haven't done these in a very long time, went light and moderate reps, my lower back and traps already hate me, good stuff

I don't think any other exercise fatigues me more, makes my flat pressing effort feel so weak.
