alright, I did legs tonight, and it was intense let me tell you. Even with a sore lower back I pulled off one of the most intense leg workouts I've ever done.
Front Squat - 225x8 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 290x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 90x12
Front Squat - 245x8 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 340x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 200x12
Front Squat - 255x4 (I was so fried by now) supersetted w/
Leg Press - 390x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 250x12 supersetted w/
Walking Db Lunges - 30x10 (10 per leg, 20 strides total)
Back Squat - 135x20 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 440x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 270x8 supersetted w/
Walking Db Lunges - 40x9 (9 per leg, 18 strides total, complete failure)
Talk about intense, holy shit did that hurt like hell, I loved it!! :D
Then I did some Lying Leg Curl and Standing Calve Raises supersetted with each other

Post workout meal was a shake full of strawberries and blueberries, skim milk, muscle milk and glutamine...tasted so good.

100x4 <drop set> 45x12 (needed a better spotter, I used all my effort just getting them up, kinda bugged my left shoulder, I was disapointed in 4, I had at least 5-6 in me )
Did Tweak Press the last set - 40x10
Incline Db Press
Incline Db Press variation #2, its hard to explain, but I keep my palms together with the dumbells there, so its liek the top of a fly, but I do a press down and up like that, it feels very good you guys gotta try it.
Close Grip Pulldown (those chins really tore my lats up I couldnt believe it)
Straight Arm Pulldown
