180x5 did a giant strip set on this one, there were 4 plates a side, Paul stripped it until I did 6 reps with each plates, talk about a giant strip set. I got 6 reps were set except the last one I got 10...damn that felt good

*some reason this movement bugged my shoulder a little today
**instead of finishing with Upright Rows, I tried Hang Pulls and I really loved them, I might throw them in their from now on, like 2 sets of Upright Rows and 2 sets of Hang Pulls, or just add Hang Pulls to my power day. I'm really loving these big power compound movements.
