You deffinately needed me to get that good 5-6 reps with the 100's, you know I have that special strength to help you out. You are dominating right now, and im little excited to see what its going to be like in your bulking phase. You will probably be maxing out the DB's sometime in the near future, that would make me pee a little (as you would say). We will left next week for back/bis and delts, ok? That's where ill get my BB row goal and my seated db press one. I will dominate next week. See ya later!
great numbers!! I noticed you are hitting chinups for 10 reps from your first set to your last.. even with the weight increase - try to add more weight and squeeze out the reps - Im sure you can do it!! Esp. if you are getting +20 for 10 reps on your 4th set! Im sure you can do plus 30 or 40 for at least 5-8 reps in your earlier sets!! If its the first exercise in your back workout... go hardcore!
