Great couple of sessions Tweak. Supreme work on the chest, but let's see some numbers for the first two movements next time buddy! Those powershrugs are simply breathtaking mate. Awesome work.
And another brutal leg session to follow. Amazing numbers on the hacks and those walking lunges are total hardcore Tweak. I can barely stand in one spot and do mine, but walking about...sheesh! Quality work buddy.

BB Row - deloaded quite a bit and really focused on contracting my lats together. My form was perfect, no swinging what so ever, it was all pull motion baby!
