Well before I go out to Hit my arms and shoulders I thought I'd post some Strength Goals I would like to obtain by the end of this bulk which will be either March 1st or April 1st, still undecided.
Goal- 500x1 (this one will be a tuffy I know )
Current- 315x5 (full range of motion)
Current- around 400x8 I think???
Goal- anything over 500 for reps
Incline Db Press:
Flat Db Press:
Weighted Dips: dont know how well these will do since I'm bulking
Goal- 160x6 (just enough to beat Rockys all time best)
Current- 295x5 (sloppy form)
Goal- 335x6 (perfect form)
Goal- 120x25 (heaviest dumbell my gym has )
thats about it right there, I have other goals but these are the big ones I really want

Well guys, first time I ever hit arms and shoulders together. I hit arms first, and damn, I think I should have hit triceps, shoulders, biceps because when I went to kick the dumbells up my biceps would be squeezed together and it was uncomfortable. My shoulder numbers definetely lagged too, but thats alright, they are one of my best bodyparts so I can afford to hit arms before shoulders right now.
Here we go guys, the gym was dead as hell tonight, every Friday is, and I love it.
Close Grip Bench Press
Weighted Tricep Dips
Bodymasters Overhead Tricep Extension (first time ever using this)
120x12 - I definetely will be starting much heavier next time
Rope Tricep Extension (flare out at the bottom)
Preacher Curl (my wrist could actually support the weight! )
Overhead Cable Curl
2 sets with 52lbs (could feel the wrist slightly on these )
Shoulders: (all my numbers sufffered )
Seated Db Shoulder Press
Side Laterals (arms kept to side and no swinging at all!)
Upright Rows (slightly wider then shoulder width)
Rear Laterals Face Down on Incline Bench
Forearms - Behind Back Wrist Curls
Looking fine Tweak. I'm genuinely really looking forward to seeing how you do on your bulk and this routine! I love training arms and shoulders on the same session, so hope you get to grips with it.
Loving the goals you've set yourself. That's what I like to see, something to work for, I really hope you get them all too (maybe not the dip one though! :) ) and with your progress so far, I wouldn't bet against it!
