great session tweak! u got great numbers on everything, especially ur DB inclines. bet u got a great pump with all that supersetting.
TWEAK....what a surprise I get this morning when I read this. You are looking good bro. Those inclines and seated dips are phenominal just like ben said. Yea I was wandering that too...why do you superset all your arm movements. I'm not hatin, just wandering. I know you only train arms once a week right? Does that have something to do with it? Never the less bro, you are looking good and I'm taking your advice and writing all my protien and carbs down for the rest of my bulk. Hopefully I'll be gaining weight like you in no time!!
That was a pretty awesome session. You dont have to superset your entire arm workout. I know you train arms twice a week, so maybe that is why your supersetting it all. But I would just do 3 sets on all the exercises and throw in some drop sets, then maybe do 4 sets on the next arm day. Oh well, whatever.
You better be 200lbs sometime in the middle of October. That would be sweet. And then by January you better be 275, 10-12% BF. muahaha.
you guys dont realize I train arms twice a week. One time I train them with intensity the next time I train them regular.
Pegasus, I train reps different each week so dont give that percent bullshit that "works best" I change it weekly. One week I may go 6, next week I may go 12.
If I didnt superset arms together I would be in the gym for 2 hours, this workout as stands last 90 minutes, I dont like being in their any longer. Even though I'm trying to elongate my sessions I think 90-100 minutes is all the further I'd like to take it.
My arms have grown 1/2" in 3 weeks time, so I must be doing something right
Back for Thickness with Chinups
Well, I kept it really light on deadlifts because my back has been nagging me for a while now, last week when I did hte 315 I felt it slightly so this week I just wanted to play it safe but I still wanted to deadlift for some stimulation at least.
