nice one Tweak DB rows looking real impressive I also was wondering what Cutler stlye is also enlighten us
Great session man, u got some massive numbers in. that's good that u took it a bit easier on the deadz, the last thing u wanna do is mess it up, ur numbers were still impressive though. but DAMN! those rows are monstrous man. and those chins are freakin great.
Good session tonight, I went kinda heavy on db curls which I rarely ever go heavy on biceps, then I played it safe on my bb and preacher curls cuz my wrist and all.
So here we go
Arms and Shoulders
Close Grip Bench Press
Bodymasters Overhead Extension
75x8 (my wrist really cant handle anymore weight, but 2 weeks ago it could barely handle 65lbs so its definetely getting better)
Ez Bar Preacher Curl - went light and got a good pump, didnt bug the wrist at all
Seated Db Press
95x8 (went very wide on this set to see how it felt, I usually just go shoulder width)
Rear Laterals Face Down on Incline Bench
Nice log tweak..
What youre doing i couldnt do though..
I would go flippin insane doing only those amounts of sets per bodypart but nonetheless you used good weight and got a good sweat..
Good shot tweak

Legs...shitty session. My lower back is getting worse by the day, so I did only very light sets of Squats. Hell I kept everything very light today just because I didnt wanna strain my back anymore then I really wanted to.
I'm not deadlifting later this week, nor will I be Squatting or Deadlifting next week. I gotta let my back heal.
Here was my shitty session, kept all weight very light and cut out Lunges and substituted Hack Squat for Leg Press.
^^^ even this shit was bugging my back way too much
Lying Leg Curl
Quad Angled Leg Press thing? Old School Hack Squat but it didnt put any pressure on my back at all so I gave it a try.
I dont remember the weight, I did 4 sets though.
Stiff Leg Deadlift with EZ Bar
^^^ didnt bug my back too much, but I definetely felt it.
I'm going to be donig Leg Press for a while instead of Hack Squat because its much less strain on my back.
As for lunges, I'll see how well I can handle those next week. I should have tried them today but I was so bummed out about this workout I really didnt give a shit.
