Today was legs, I changed it up from my last two sessions, the 3 sets of 30 on Leg Extensions and the 35,30,25,20 rep scheme on Leg Press, I moved some heavier weight today. Friday I'll be back to super high reps for Legs however, so that should be exciting, unless my gym is open Thanksgiving, if it is I'll definetely hit the gym Thursday for Legs.

What an excellent session. You are dominating on those inclines. I cant wait until you can incline BB press 225 before you can flat 225, cause that would be funny. And good job on the arm workout, you still managed to rep your BW + 90 on dips, that is awesome. I will post all my past sessions probably Wednesday. They will all be dominating.
