Seated Db Shoulder Press (still staying at about 90% effort on these)
20x12 <drop set> 25x8 <drop set> 30x6 <drop set> 20x8

Close Grip Lat Pulldowns (V-Bar)
Wide Grip Overhand Cable Rows
BB Shrugs - kept it much lighter then I have in the past, reps were very slow and squeezed at the top
75x10 <drop set> 55x10 <drop set> 35x10
Reverse Pec Dec - delts were blown out was weak as hell on these
Your hamstrings are ridiculous. I don't know how much weight I usually do, but it's not 170 x 8

Seriously, you're at 90% and still blowing the shouler press and laterals away. Heavy on the back, and then into your traps. 315 for BB shrugs is light? I can still get a decent squeeze at 275 but 315 is a lot.
