I'm on nothing but protein baby lol. I've just increased my caloric intake so slowly throughout the entire year its just came on consistently.
I remember back in January when I was 153lbs I was only taking in about 150 carbs daily with 150-175g protein, and I just gradually increased carbs over time. I wasn't comfortably at 300 carbs until June or July and at the end of my bulk I was at 500 carbs daily. Its all about patience.

Good running, Mr. Tweak! Always great with some sprints, though I would rather make them a little longer over time, something like 400-800 meters, since 100 meters tend to burn you out too fast... Well, it does for me anyways... :o But probs for running outdoors, and not on those fucking treadmills in the gym.
