Legs tonight, I've decided that I'm going to deload with Squats a bit since they have been suffering, this way I'm not psyching myself out mentally and can focus on the task at hand.
235x6 <-- I dont know why I put weight on, kind of an accident actually I didn't actually realize what I did until afterwards
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - actually put some weight on the bar today
Hammer Strength One Legged Leg Press - my left leg is actually stronger even though I'm right handed, must be since I'm a left footed jumper
Seated Calve Raises - my left calve felt funny, it kept tightening up like I pulled it, so I stretched it nicely inbetween each set but that last rep on the last set man it tightened up and I had to take the pressure off it quickly...lack of stretching before hand?
Cardio - very simple cardio today, nothing too bad since I was having a hard time walking afterwards, calve raises toasted the wheels
Length: 15 minutes
Jogged on Level 5 and walked on level 3.3 alternating minute to minute starting at minute 13
Calories Burned: 190
Today was a huge cheat day, I'm actually eating a pint of ice cream as I type this and I had some cookie cake earlier and went out to eat, so cardio tomorrow is really going to suck, I'm going to feel so sluggish, oh well, I'm gonna hit the stairmaster for at least 30 minutes tomorrow, until then

And awesome job with the calves, and the cardio looked pretty decent, i dont really burn a whole lot of calories on the treadmill, unless im jogging constantly or sprinting

Great squats and SLDLs, one-legged press was a nice touch, and the calf work looks awesome too. I know you were hurting from legs, but what's with the sub 20-minute cardio?

Good leg workout man, does it feel weird doing one legged presses on that thing? i used to do that, but every time i'd pull the bar to the side
to move the seat it'd make like a loud boom, and stuff
and im amazing at your SLDL's man, all those times with 135x10
