I cheated a bit last weekend, then Tuesday, then last night and honestly I probably will tomorrow as well. My metabolism is allowing it however, unlike where if you did this you would gain weight and not lose a pound. I'm the complete opposite. You know after last weekend and Tuesday I still managed to lose weight?
i know you hate me Its not like I'm dieting for a contest, so theres no need for me to stress so much, I'll get down there in time. I'll have to diet longer then I want, but if that means I can indulge a little on the weekends I'll take that chance. You however have not yet made any real progress, so any cheating out of you and I will call you out on it, I expect better from you
Well, here's todays session, with weights listed I used heavier weight than I have been, but since I knew I'd be listing the weight I thought I should put forth a little more effort so Chesty still loves me
I don't know if my groin is pulled or if it's just really tight, more then likely it's just rather tight and needs a good stretching. Can I get some help Chesty? Anyways, I took the leg press a little easy due to the groin.
