- I actually forget, 350-375 somewhere in there
Cardio after work
- Stairmaster - intensity was low to moderate
- 30 minutes
- again I didn't pay much attention, 550 I think
cardio hasn't been as intense, but the frequency of it has definetely increased as I've been going twice a day everyday this week and last week I hit cardio 11 times in 7 days, this week will probably be similar.
Friday I'm actually not going to the gym at all, tomorrow will mark like the 11th straight day I've been in the gym if not more so I'm gonna give my body a rest.
I just ran 2 miles since its such a nice day, I had quite a bit left in me afterwards too. The first mile was a hell of a lot tougher then 2nd mile. Cruise Control baby
the 2nd mile I wasn't breathing nearly as hard, I was doing it so nonchalantly, I'm curious of the science behind that now hmmm.
on the downside while I was walking into my house my calves cramped up, even as I just went up the stairs they were tender. So I'm eating a banana and drinking lots of water.
I'm unsure of the science behind it myself, but I know for me a lot of that has to do with my body loosening up. I need a few minutes just to get my muscles relaxed and not fighting the running movement. I'm starting to do dynamic stretches more as I get older, as a result.
Get some better shoes
