Yesterday I had my fullbody session, all reps were 12-15, and afterwards I did 45 minutes cardio on the Elliptical
today I did an hour of cardio, 30 minutes on the bicycle. Then a half hour of HIIT up on the indoor track.
My knees are still kinda sore for some reason so the HIIT and every other high impact cardio has been limited, but I've made the best of it
I'll post numbers today for all you bastards
Hack Squat - (was hurting the left side of my right knee strangely )
180x10 - 3 Sets
Flat Db Press
85x6 <-- yes I've obviously lost strength but I don't really care at this point.
Weighted Dips - Triceps
Me+45x10 - 3 sets
Seated Db Shoulder Press
Wide Grip Pullups - haven't done weighted pullups in months
Standing Hammer Curl
Lying Leg Curl
130x8 - 3 sets
75x12 - 3 sets
- HIIT on Indoor Track
- 6 200 yard Sprints
Cardio a few hours later:
- 30 Minutes
- moderate intensity

Box Squats - not going to bother listing this weight as its utter shit My quads to a huge hit in strength from my diet

Your session looked good. How did those BB Rows work out for you? Pretty good weight for not doing them for so long.
Are you going to do like 10 sets of 3 on bench? But with much heavier weight? That would be domination. You power shrugs are excellent of course. Nice job with this session. I hope you continue to post your sessions.
