actually I'm not even doing flat bench press. I'm doing quite a few things to improve it though and every four weeks I'm going to be maxing out on dead, squat, and bench. Wednesday I did 3 sets of 3 on close grip and I did 175x3 (BB, not smith machine) and I impressed myself quite a bit with that.
The reps and sets vary a bit with everything, heres my split and take a lot for yourself. I like it a lot
My lats are still the strongest muscle I have by far, Monday I did 5x5 with Weighted chins and managed 25,35,45,45,45 and I also impressed myself with that.
