Pickle - get a haircut thanks hunny
Rocky - thanks Dan I figure I'm close gripping more than I even weigh so I'm proud of myself for that
Uh, false. First of all, they come in many weights, with 20lbs being close to the upper end.Originally Posted by Tweak
Second of all, it's physics. Let's do a moment analysis.
If your butt is the fulcrum, then your chest is halfway between it and the top of your head. Therefore, you need half as much weight on your head to get the same effect...i.e. hold a 30lbs DB over your head

Box Squat - 8 sets of 3 had a lower box this week too as last week I felt it was too high the entire time
Db Shrugs (strapless)
95x8 <drop set w/ Static Hold, 75lbers 15 seconds, nice finisher
