Incline BB Press 3x5 (managed a weight I could only handle for 3 reps last week, so that was a definite plus)
45x8 <--- last week 35lbs felt heavier than this that was a huge jump

and I do believe that was it, this upcoming week I'm suppose to max on every one of my lifts but instead I'm just going to have a screw around week, go in there and do whatever I feel like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Bench Press - just a few sets of doubles with a burn out set at the end.
Incline Db Press - 2 sets of 8
Overhead Db Extension - 3 sets of 10
Flat Bench with feet off ground - 5 sets of 10
Close Grip with feet off ground - 3 sets of 10
well, I know I was going to do that one program for a while, I did it for 6 weeks I believe. But I'm going to pull a Max-Ot and change it up. I'm going to make the routine myself, going to incorporate a lot of the footless pressing (should help the bench quite a bit), still going to be doing a lot of 8x3 and 10x3, so the frequency will be high, and everything will be aimed more towards strength and power (no changes there). I'll start it officially on Monday.
