Ok so heres the deal, i have been busy with things and i have been slipping on diet not really sure what ive been eating my fruit and veggies have been down, my diet just isnt what it should be! SO!
I am going to school to be a dietecian and definately know how to make myself a diet, i just bever really thought to bc i was always eating desicent and able to support my training. UNTIL now i have been satified w what i do in the gym this n that. I decided that i want to see where i can take it in terms of volume strength and size so im going to do my best to make myself a diet and to have it support my training so! with that said aint nuthin to it but to do it baby!

Great strength on everything, although like Tweak said, we're both out-rowing your ass on DB rows so you better hop on that! I like the increase in volume but I just don't see the point in doing underhand and overhand rows. Other than that, keep hitting 'em hard brother!

that incline is solid as hell too, and must I even comment on those massive close grips of yours, they are always so damn big and after such a heavy chest work...your strong as a bull, your strong enough to lift most papis women off him, but we wouldnt wanna do that cuz he likes the fatties
as for that leg session, 4 reps with 455 you should go high reps one week, and when I say high reps I mean like 12 or 15!!! muahahahah

That bench looks great! But I as well would love to see 315x10!! Thats lightweight Ben! Go for it next time! That incline is awesome as well, you put that 225 up like its nothin. Nice job man!
And that leg session, my god, that leg session....455x4 is amazing! I noticed you havent gone really high on reps, so as Tweak said, maybe doing 12-15 reps on Legs would be alot different for you and damn, I bet you'll feel the pain and the pump. Keep up your massive sessions man, and good luck on keep your weight and BF in check!
