side laterials and then super set with a press at the same weight

rear delt raises laying on side
Close grip bench
Super setted w shrugs for the first 2 sets
and supersetted w wrist curls for the last 3 sets
20Xfailure, failure, failure
Seated calf raise
135x20, 180x15,15,10, 135x15, 10
