right hand being worked: left leg foward, left hand on left leg look up or foward and row w right hand

Serb: i try and stick with 10 reps or so but i use really strict form, i usually put barbell rows in their once a week or so, i also do stiff leg deads on leg day so i dont do regualr deadlifts bc i do legs 2 times a week.
