Ok i decided to start posting my log again. u dont have to repond to my sessions bc i probablywont have time to address u individually. if u want to ask questions feel free. i am doing a routine kinda like dorian yates style 1 warm up one set on really heavy set to failure. second havlf of my wek is like one exercise y1 warmup 1 set to failure then i do fascia streches(sp?) i am dealing w/ a knee injury so i kinda toss squatting in their at lke 135 after i have done a bunch of sets on the leg press.
SO! Thats the update I am doing very well besides that, Thank God for my good health. i really dont know how updated i will keep this thing but i usually do come here at least once a day so when i do i will spend my tie updating m log. School the gym and work keep me plenty busy these days sooooooooo thats it i guess
