hell yea look at that drop set off the 315 down to 225, thats hardcore right there. Hitting all those presses too man thats nutts, building that mass baby! Packin that meat onto those triceps too man, them kicks are just crazy, I dont know how you go to so heavy after crushing your triceps into submission after that brutality of a chest workout.
