UPDATE: I'm feeling a little better and got to train legs today with Glex. I've been sort of down but after the Olympia results to be honest because I've looked to Ronnie for inspiration for almost all my workouts for the past two years. Still, today I dug deep and decided if Ronnie's not going to give up, I should still give it my all. I know that sounds kind of lame, but I needed to motivate myself somehow. Here's what came out:

Meals Before Workout: 3 (I slept most of the day...after class of course)

Set #1 - 135 pounds x 15 reps
Set #2 - 225 pounds x 12 reps
Set #3 - 315 pounds x 12 reps
Set #4 - 335 pounds x 12 reps
Set #5 - 225 pounds x 25 reps...yeahhhh budday!
One-Legged Leg Ext.
Set #1 - 50 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 80 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
...trip to bathroom...
Seated Hamstring Curls (16 total settings)
Set #1 - Setting #6 x 15 reps
Set #2 - Setting #8 x 12 reps
Set #3 - Setting #10 x 8 reps
Set #4 - Setting #11 x 8 reps...PB for machine
Lying Leg Curls (11 total settings)
Set #1 - Setting #5 x 15 reps
Set #2 - Setting #5 x 15 reps
Set #3 - Pyramid Set Starting on Setting #5, adding 7 two-pound weights and then stripping them off rep-by-rep for 15 total reps!
Standing Calf Raises
Set #1 - 160 pounds x 12 reps
Set #2 - 200 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 220 pounds x 10 reps...PB
Set #4 - 220 pounds x 10 reps
...that's it. Getting sick sort of sucked but I had Glex lead the way the rest of the workout and I managed to put together a solid session. The high reps on squats is something I did because of a slight ache in my knee. Let me tell you, those things did me in. The last set of 225 x 25 was absolute hell and I could barely stand afterwards. Oh well, gotta bulk those legs up if I'm going to step on stage.
