ELLIPTICAL: 20 mins. - 325 calories
SEATED BIKE: 10 mins. - 92 calories (This is so not intense. lol)

You already told me your session over the phone, and it was pretty good. Hopefully your strength gains dont stop while your lowering your carbs for the next couple weeks, they shouldnt. Lets hope not, see you tomorrow.
