your militaries have gotten better, about time you hit 135 for 10 good reps. The Chinups are great too, those will get better dont even worry. Close Grip Lat pulldown is also good, and I cant believe you did side laterals last, I already know that burned pretty good.

^^ first set of Dumbell skullcrushers we supersetted them with BB Curl
65x10 - tweak did 10 - I did 10 - tweak did 10 - I did 10 - tweak wanted more weight, 85lbs, he did 6, I did 85x6...all this was nonstop for about a minute an a half I would guess, it kinda made me want to cry

C'mon along nicley Paulie, congrats on the PB with the Bench too . It feels good that 200 for the first time doesn't it? Good to see you guys mixing it up with biceps as well that sort of stuff brings results.
Now you got your 200 though get those reps back up, you need to go around 8-12 for good hypertrophy, anything under 6 will just make you a powerlifter .

Leg Day - February 1, 2007
- Was a pretty good session. Sometimes my squat looks like im trying to do a squat/good morning combo, but that only happens when I try to use my back to help my squat, and I could cause a serious injury that way. So today I tryed really hard to do the full squat with my legs only and not part of my back. And seriously, lets see how long I can keep this log going...
