- It was a pretty good session. I felt kind of nasty cuz I didnt take a shower until after my workout. I kept all my reps decently high.

- Nothing special about this session. I dont even know why im posting it, it was only 30 mins. long.
Seated DB Press
60x2 (I thought maybe I could get 4 )
5 Sets x 1 (held it at the top for a few seconds, then slowly came down for the negative)
Close Grip Pulldown (V-Bar)

Great supersetted DB press and Laterals...love doing that, great burn!! Good weights too.
Awesome number of squat sets as well..bet that hurt. I appreciate the honesty on the form too and regardless, great job!

Katy says that is a horrible workout and you should probably dominate more so and stop becoming fat.
You better stop consuming so much fat and begin dominating again, other wise you will just continue to call you a fatty mcfat fat.

your flat bench is finally improving nicely, about damn time. 175x4 is good, hopefully you'll be able to hit 185x6 in no time. The inclines were also good, 4 reps though as of late your reps have been dropping under that 5-6 rep mark too often

tricep work was kinda gay, get away from those cables bicep work was good though, although I know you can use heavier then 25lbs
