Weights goin up....I hope I never get stuck anytime soon. But heres my question: Next week, should I go for the 70's on Flat DB Press or should I got for the 60's on Incline DB Press??
man that's great to see u catch the same weights in both INcline and falt since i were tired after the incline press .. awesome session brother .. nothing like hitting the tri's hard in both chest and it's session .. keep it up brother and yeah i will be wait to see the 200 number in that BB row :) .. bless u man :)
