Yesterday I did my first full-body of the week, strength is still all there, dont worry. And I did about 20 minutes of intense elliptical afterwards.
Today I did just cardio.
HIIT on the treadmill, 30 minutes, 14 sprints... 16 walks... my walks stayed at 4.0 and my sprints went from 7.0 up to 8.2, I burned 418 calories.
Then I did 12 minutes on the elliptical While watching the end of Deal or No Deal, this Asian guy won $211,000, thats pretty awesome. He made a great deal, if he went all the way, he would have gotten only 750 dollars. And then they gave his mother (i think) the 750 dollars because thats how much she had when she came to America. Pretty cool. Oh sorry, it was a moderate 12 minutes, 182 calories burned.
