no, they dont have boards...well they might somewhere in the back with the rest of the Olympic Lifting items, but I can get a 3" thick board, theres several out back by Katy's fire, those wont be hard to get.

Cardio tonight with Tweak. We dominated this full size track around our town.
I did... six 200 meter sprints, six 100 meter walks.
Then after the sprints, I did 1 mile around the track (4 laps).
The sprints were a little harder than I thought, but I completed the 1 mile pretty quickly. I actually surprised myself a little bit.
That is all. Tomorrow is my full body session #2.
