those front squats are good but hard. and yeah they put all the emphasis on the quads and less on the back. keep it up bud!
Hey guys, sorry I havent posted in my log since the other day but things have been crazy around here. I just moved into my apt. and I have been getting everything ready for school to start on Thursday. But this week is my week off and then I start my bulk on next Sunday. A week from tomorrow. I plan on entering a bb competition put on by the school and my bulk will be hard core with whole foods every meal and no drinking and plenty of rest until the end of Febuary and then I plan on cutting. With my bulk I want to get up to around 190-195 lbs. and I am at 176 lbs. right now. I think I can pull it off. I will be around but just not posting in my log until the middle of next week when I plan out a diet and let ya'll critique it. I will also come up with a new split that incorporates the Smolv Squat cycle and the MM2K bench press program. GET BIG!!
Today was my first day back and it felt great. Hit the legs hard and hobbled out of the gym.

Leg Extenstion- 8x140 lbs., 6x150 lbs., 8x160 lbs.
Leg Curl- 8x90 lbs., 6x105 lbs., 4x120 lbs.
SLDL- 10x135 lbs., 10x205 lbs., 8x225 lbs.
Leg Press (Set feet high on the sled to focus more on hams) 10x220 lbs., 10x300 lbs., 10x350 lbs., 8x410 lbs.
Hack Squat- 10x180 lbs., 10x200 lbs., 8x225 lbs.
There we go...tomorrow is gonna be Chest and Back, should be a good one!
Supreme session Palm. Man, you've got some big exercises in there...squats, SLDL and hacks. LOl at hobbling out of the gym. I just find it soo amusing that all over the world, thousands of lifters are hobbling out of their gyms after legs!! Dibble and I today had legs today and we hobbled out of the gym (as always). We have to negotiate stairs as well!!!!

It was always a good one and your improvements over the last month or two have been phenomenal, glad to see nothing short of spectacular in here and I'm looking forward to seeing that chest and back session!
CHEST AND BACK
Great session today. My chest and back feel drained, its a good feeling but I had to stuff my post work out steak, sweet potato and spiniach down b/c I felt nauseous after my workout. Oh well...shit happens.
MM2K Bench Press- 1x6-200 lbs., 2x5-210 lbs., 2x4-220 lbs.
DB Rows- 8x80 lbs., 6x85 lbs., 4x100 lbs.
DB Incline- 8x70 lbs., 6x75 lbs., 4x80 lbs.
Iso.-Lateral Wide Chest Press- 10x90 lbs., 10x180 lbs., 6x270 lbs., 4x300 lbs. (Have never done this excersize EVER so I didnt know what to put on there. The poundage is w/ the WEIGHTS ONLY. I dont know how much of a couterweight was on it.)
Close Grip Lat Pulldown- 10x110 lbs., 8x140 lbs., 6x150 lbs.
Wide Grip Chin-Ups- 6,5,5 x BW
This is it. I joined a new gym since I'm back at school and I really don't like it that much. I guess I will have to get used to the whole "Fitness Club" scene.
