Chest and Back
Good day today, I threw in deads which I havent done since H.S. and it felt good. If yall have anymore suggestions on lat excersizes that I could throw in please let me know, I need to get them to come up b/c that is by far my weakest point. I was going to do wide grip pull ups but like always the gym was packed and I couldnt get to the pull up station. Oh well...another day.
Bench Press- 1x6- 200 lbs., 2x5-215 lbs., 2x4- 225 lbs.
Deads- 10x135 lbs., 10x225 lbs., 5x300 lbs., 2x315 lbs.
Incline Bench- 8x155 lbs., 6x165 lbs., 3x200 lbs. (Start with 165 lbs. next session)
Close Grip Lat. Pulldowns- 8x140 lbs., 6x150 lbs., 6x160 lbs. (Move up 10 lbs. next session.)
Iso. Lat Chest Press- 8x250 lbs., 6x270 lbs., 4x300 lbs.
T-Bar Rows in the Corner Ronnie Coleman Style (minus Ronnie Coleman weight)- 10x100 lbs., 6x150 lbs., 4x200 lbs.
Thats it, tomorrow is legs and tris, they are gonna get BLASTED...holla.
FOOTNOTE: I weighed this morning on an empty stomach right after my shower and before breakfast and I came in at 183. That is a gain of 5.5 lbs. in a week. Last week when I started my bulk I weighed 176.5 so I think my bulk is working rather well. I still have to get all the cals and all those numbers up for yall.
