at them Deads! Doing deads and Squats on the same day takes some KAHUNAS!!! and for that amount of weight that is awesome dude, crazy awesome weight right there. Hittin those Narrow Grip hard too with some heavy weight then going right back to Squats 2 movements of Squats and Deads in the same day thats awesome dude and finishing up toasting those quads with that one legged press, I see some greatness right here Palmetto. Sessions getting better and better each and everytime! LIGHTWEIGHT!!!!
Crap! You weren't kidding about getting some serious movements in Palm were you! Aint nothing to cry about, those squats are flaming impressive, fronts too Superb deadlifting as well mate, massive congrats on the P.B, well deserved in my opinion.

Hey guys...today is my off day so I thought I would just throw out some measurments to let ya'll know where I'm at right now. My current weight is 180 lbs. I plan to get up to 200 lbs. by December. I hope I can do it. Anyways, here are the measurements.
Shoulders and Tri's
I want to start off first by saying that I don't know what has come over me the last few sessions but I feel like a complete animal in the gym and I LOVE IT. I do an excersize until I can't go anymore and then go some more. I don't see it as overtraining, I see it as overacheiving and thats what you have to do in this sport. When I see the guy next to me tanking it, I bust it harder b/c I WILL be the one taking that trophy from him come the end of May. With that said, here we go.
DB Shoulder Press
Close Grip Bench Press
3.5x 205 lbs.
1x225 lbs. <DROPSET> 16x135 lbs.
Behind Back Shoulder Shrugs
3.5x 105 lbs.

Great work dude, you smoked your triceps, that drop set on close grip is just nutts...ITS NUTTS! Hit those shoudlers hard too man with some good weight as a matter of fact. Finishing off with those dips as well, hell yea man putting some mass on them triceps good shit dude. Do I even need to mention anything about them shrugs?
