Good session today. I found out that my school gym sucks and doesn't have Dumbells for shit. I wanted to go higher on DB incline but our DB's jump from 80-100 lbs...no 90 or 95's. So that sucks. Someone also jacked my straps and I was rowing 100's w/ no problem but it slipped...I have to buy some more straps. Anyways, other than that...felt good. I will stay with BB excersizes from now on since our school is slack as hell.
1x6- 205 lbs.

1x3- 230 lbs.

that sucks about them janky ass dumbell setup. Thats aright though, just hit them high reps with the 80s and 85s and I bet when your capable of hitting 12-15 reps with the 85s you'll be able to smash some 100s YEA BUDDAH!!! Somebody stole your straps? thats jacked up, what kinda person steals a dudes straps. bitches
As always that bench press is great, along with your rows and pulldowns. Them chins will only get better soon you'll be smashing some reps with weight hanging off you. Get effort with that 100s at the end too, 2 reps is better than none.
