Hey guys thanks for the support. Bam, yea I'm feeling pretty damn sore right now. I look like I got fucked in the ass b/c of the way I'm walking after that leg session and I love it. Its a great feeling that I'm glad is back. But yea, here is my session from yesterday, I didnt get a chance to post it up until now but here it goes.

Iso Lateral Wide Chest Press
Bench Press (I was gone after those other two and plus my tris were still fried from the other day. So I took it light and easy.)
That's it right there. I'm stoked b/c I start my bulk back again tomorrow and everything. I'll post my starting weight and everything along with my log for tomorrows leg and bi workout. Keep it real!
