Damn brother, good bench and way to maintain your strength throughout the workout! I remember you're profile title used to say "get some!" over at BBD and I can tell you still use that mentality going into the gym...hell, I think about that sometimes before sets too. Solid job man, your chest must've been swolen as fuck.
Msvf- I like the 225 for 10 because it is a comfortable weight for me to get as many reps as possible, next week I will be shooting for 4 sets with 2 to 3 reps,I will do this trying to increase my weigth for about 4 sessions then go 230 or 235 for 10 for 4 sets again to get my high reps.
