Hammys were still stiff from the other day and not really up to training. But since I wasn't going to be able to train tomorrow, and I'd like to get another week of this done before Xmas, today had to happen. So took a page out of Jim's book and just did the basics and got out of there.

Last day of the first week, it blew a gale here this morning and then pissed down with rain. I was afraid one of the trees was going to take out the house, but it was all good in the end. Just really humid when I trained which really sapped the energy.

Week off for Xmas. Don't know if I gained weight, I was actually lighter at my parents place before lunch (my brother and I had a weigh-in). Squatted today as it was the first day that wasn't 44 degrees celcius in the past 3 days.
Yesterday 30mins of rowing (in the aircon and still came out looking like I'd jumped in a pool).

135kg x5 thought I had 6 or 7 but I was having to focus on not coming forward too much.

Some heavy stretching as I was feeling tight and dehydrated.
Hungover today and with only a couple of hours of sleep. But being the first day for 2010 I had to do it justice and lift something.
60kg x7 these felt really good and almost like I could have had an eighth except the arms turned to jelly locking out the seventh.
