PV: Can't kick it, it has to cross a lawn and go up an incline. Ideally I'd lower it to my shoulders and walk it across, but the power rack j-hooks were set too low for that.

Bench session today went well. First bench session in awhile were I felt as though it didn't suck. Probably all the warmups I did. Did some HIIT cardio (sex), then some slow cardio (mowed the lawn), then hit the weights.
115kg x8 - last rep was a grinder at the lockout and my hips rose a bit.

It was only an ok session today. Main thing is that squats didn't suck.
82.5kg x1 - not happy with the form on the second rep.
142.5kg x7 - not 100% sure on the reps as I lost count. Belt and wraps (wraps came undone and made me lose count).
80kg x8 - did this set with a belt just to try it out and literally doubled the reps I got.

Pickle: I'm thinking of doing a max day either after the next cycle or two cycles time. I'll do it like a contest (squat, bench, dead, OHP) so squats will be first, three lifts each exercise.
Freako: thanks. Next cycle I'm adding some boxies to get used to have bigger weight on the shoulders and hopefully that will translate to even more progression.

PV: big weakpoint of mine. I'm still no-where near my PB levels (50kgx2 seated DB's, ?85kgx5 standing BB).
Deadlifts were only ok this evening. Warmed up with my HIIT and mowing again, but I did the edging as well so might have sapped my energy a bit.
100kg x2 - caught my little finger under the bar on the second rep
105kg x1 - got under the second clean but received the bar too far forward and had to dump it.
170kg x8 - no big improvement here, was just out of breath even though I felt like I had one or two more.
