^^ Siamese Dream was the reason I started playing guitar. I just bought a Big Muff fuzz pedal to capture their classic guitar sound.
Had some fun with my new toy this evening, and then played with my new lifting toy.
122.5kg x4 - didn't think I'd get the 5th. Therefore bench hasn't moved out of the 140-150kg max range since the begining of the year.
Thick bar DB rows
Band bench press - purple band
70kg x10 - these were completely different from anything I've done before, bloody hard.
Rope tricep ext
Dedicated to my brand new Big Muff Pi guitar pedal.

Deadlift tonight. Bodes well for next weeks "week 3" workout.
175kg x10 - happy and should be capable of some good numbers with a weight I was only doing a double with at Xmas time.
SL hammy curl
DB calf raise
SL step up
Jono: thanks dude.

PV: thanks dude. Good luck with your session next week!
OHP this evening. Neither good nor bad session, just solid.
Behind the neck jerks
Pullups - should mention that I'm doing each rep from a dead hang
