Got poisoned at work today so I don't think I'll be able to train for a day or two.
The antihistimine I took to counter has left me craving carbs all day. I've eaten twice as many as I normally would, and I haven't even had my evening meals yet.
I don't know why I was so hungry for carbs, probably something to do with my blood sugar levels. Usually they have the opposite effect, I agree. I think the drowsiness and the other side effects just tricked me into thinking I was hungry.
Felt a bit better today, but my typing and thinking has been all over the place. Lifted weights in a long session that was very satisfying but slow paced.

Freako: Yeh I think I'm back now. I was pretty dodgy for a couple of days. Couldn't string a sentence together with anything that had more than three syllables.

Rob: Actually it isn't a dingo, it's a bitsa (collie+kelpie+whatever). Dingo's are illegal to keep, but everybody thinks it looks like a dingo or a fox. Aside from the lack of smell and stealing babies of course.
PV: I haven't video'd myself in awhile and I noticed a couple of things have improved while a couple of other things have degraded. My hip mobility is a little less than what I would like, as I noticed that when I was setting up for the snatch that my lower back was only set when I got to the pull.
