Anabolicus: Refreshing. I had a lot of energy to keep doing more stuff because I wasn't really doing heaps of work on any one day. Chest day used to be chest and back, etc. I won't keep on it for too long but it is what I need for the moment.
I should have updated a while back; I've had a cold the last few days and haven't trained. Had a road trip, field work, couple of long days and then was out of action. Hopefully I'll feel on top of things Monday. I did some pullups and front levers an hour ago just for shits-and-giggles and they were fine. I imagine training will be ok as long as I hit something other than legs first in the week.
