Last night I had about as much energy as a female porn star after filming a gangbang with an entire footy team. So I think that impacted my front squats a bit, but I did walk away with a PB on the overhead squat!!!!!!

Dridz: thanks dude. I'm actually considering how to not have so much weight on the shoulders to train calves. It is starting to get ridiculus. I'm doing fatigue sets to do those (that's what the +10 is about). I'm going to make a step to do them on, which may help a bit.

Ok it was hot, muggy and I'd spent all day doing revisions to another "final draft" of my thesis. Didn't really want to train but I did. I did a different program this evening and it worked well. Basically get the weightlifting move and the squat and hammy work then the accessories (today they were dips and chins). Tomorrow will be C&J squat sldl and probably bench and rows.
65kg x2 I have read a few things about the snatch execution. It made a huge difference!!!! These were just plain light.
